Check Out Mike Mueller’s Facebook Business Fan Page Service

A Facebook business page (also known as a Facebook fan page) can be a great way to promote your real estate business, even taking the place of a standard website if you don’t have one yet.  (Facebook business pages are free, versatile and easy for non-techies to edit and add content to.)

The problem is that 90% of agents who want to gear up on the social media scale end up never getting around to it.  If that sounds like you, I recommend checking out Mike Mueller’s AreWeConnected site and possibly hiring him to set up your Facebook business page for you.  I haven’ t used this service myself, but I’m a fan of his own Facebook business page and I can tell he’s really active on there and on Active Rain; overall, he seems to really know his stuff.

Here’s the link:  http://areweconnected.com/facebook/ - if you scroll down the page you’ll see samples of Facebook business fan pages he has created.

If any of your readers need any help I spend a good chunk of my day just ‘splainin how Facebook works (after all, they don’t make it very easy to understand)

No problem Mike, I definitely see a need for an easy implementation of Facebook page creation for people who get the idea but are just too busy to figure out all the details of how to set it up correctly – and as we all know, when you start looking into that kind of thing you always realize there’s a lot more to doing it right than there seems to be initially. :) Keep up the good work!

The fan page is a great way to boost some connections on Facebook. I randomly decided to become a fan of a nearby county’s tourism page and suddenly a bunch of my friends & family on facebook though it was an awesome idea because they update regularly with neat news and events – so they now have more fans all because of me :)

Yeah fan pages can work really well, but they can be a lot of work too. Get to get people to follow you and you have to tell them over and over again constantly. And you have to then make sure all your rss feeds if you have a blog or some YouTube videos get automatically posted to that page. That will help so you don’t have to always manually update… that that helps too.
